I called Penang Airport for the Departure time for QZ7669, 14 Nov 2008, Penang to Jakarta again today.
They told me the same time of 2050. I told them that 1 of the passenger got the sms from Airasia that it's delayed. The gal told me to follow the time or call these numbers:

The gal told me it's the Airasia customer service number in Penang.
I called more than 10 times and they answered 1 of my call.
They pick up the call, i can hear few people talking there. No one even talk to me. So i assume that they are actually picking up the phone and put it aside. From the conversations i heard, they are not talking over the phone(entertaining other calls), but they are like, chit chatting around among themselves. Chit chatting in malays and some even complaints about the phone ringing and it's too noisy. To be exact, there are 2 gals talking in malay and 1 guy talking in malay too.
What the hell is this??
Is it so hard to answer the calls and clear up everything? I need the goddamn time for the flight! I'm not asking u to tickle your mommy's nipple or what...!!
