It had been quite a while i didn't take such a long ride after i had my back pain again 1 months back..
I took my bicycle with my gf's car to penang on thursday and ride back home the next day..
0600 - Journey started from Egate to Jetty
0640 - Ferry departed
0700 - Arrive Butterworth Jetty
No more time recording after that.. I've lost all the data including stat.
My speed dropped to 23kph when i pass through the ARF military Airport.
The speed dropped to 21-22kph when i was at Kepala Batas.
When i arrive Tikam Batu, my speed left 19-21kph.
I continue riding until i reach Che Tom, Sungai Petani and the speed left 15-19kph.. i stop for 6 minutes at the bus stop and continue to the traffic light near Uncle William's shop.
The time was 0830 when i Sungai Petani.
My father fetch me home after i stop at the traffic light.
This is the first time ever i felt exhausted after riding.. Totally no guts to ride anymore when i stop at the traffic light..
The journey was only approx 46km..
I have to train up my stamina and i will go for the same route again.. :)
