I GAVE UP !! AIRASIA!!!

I'm very fed up with you Airasia!
You give all of us the very nice and good impression on your website. Publish that you have the very good service and all that..
What do you provide? Is that really hard to entertain someone like me?? Someone who really need to know if the flight had been delay before i travel up to Penang?
Do i have the rights to know earlier so that i can arrange my time and do something that benefit me and my family rather than knowing nothing and wait in the airport because you didn't send me the notification sms??
I'm not scolding you anymore.. I just want to know why...
Please anyone in Airasia... clear my doubt if you see this....

I know i'm not Kenny who can attract Tony's attraction(i'm not sure if i can link his article here without request or not).. but please... DO improve your customer service!!! This is not the right way of doing business...

Finally, I've sent a complaint online.

I take this matter seriously and i will keep on bothering you until you give me a satisfactory guaranteed answer..
