Airasia Customer Service Suxxxxx!!!!!!!

I've book 10 tickets to Jakarta on 14 Nov 2008 for my father's business trip and 1 of his friend told him that the flight had delayed from 2110 to 2230. My father ask me to reconfirm and i called the airport but they told me the flight is on 2050.
I told his friend and he told me that he is very sure about the delay.
I check online and i got these 2 numbers from Airasia online:

You know what happened?!!
5/6 calls told me the line is busy and hung up my calls..
The only 1 call is not available. It's automated machine and ask me to choose my language. There are 3 option. Bookings, Check Schedule and Talk to the customer service.
I opt for 2nd one and after i insert the data and information they need, the automated machine gal told me there are no flights information for the data i inserted.
Then i opt for the 3rd, the automated gal voice ask me to wait and i've waited for 23 mins and 17 seconds.. No one answer my call and besides the repeated promotion ads, the automated gal ask me to wait for the customer service and they will answer my call shortly.. how short is that??!!!
I gave up and hung up after i've waited for 23 mins...

I have no choice but to call Airasia again as my father is keep chasing me for the updates..
So i call again and opt for the 1st option and hope i can talk to the customer service, and sorry... no one available and none of the flights i selected is available..
So, i opt for the 3rd one again.... I tell you what... The phone is still active now... and I'VE WAITED FOR 37 mins and 48 seconds and still counting...!!!!

WTF!!!!
