
My mum went to Ipoh for a wedding ceremony today and came back with salted chicken and egg tart. I do not know what was it when I first saw it. It is in a box and it looks like this.
The egg tart is huge! The height is around 40-45mm. Imagine and see how thick is it... hehe...
Look at the skin. It is thin and crispy, smells great and taste good. The inner part of it smells great too. The taste is just nice. Not too sweet, not too plain. Firm but not hard, soft but not wobble.
This is the greatest egg tart I've ever ate. The outer skin is super thin and the inner part is super thick. And this is only available in Ipoh, the food heaven!

the fork and spoon is to let u kno the scale of the egg tart. hehe..
and also, i share the egg tart with my gf mar, so have to use fork to cut it into half.. hehe..
