Yau Char Kuai @ Bakar Arang

This is the most famous Yau Char Kuai in SP. The customers never stops until they are finish. Why it is so famous? Because the yau char kuai is not soft and not too crunchy. The outside of the YCK is crunchy while you can get soft, water-absorbent inner part. This type of YCK is best to eat with kopi-oh.... omg.... saliva dripping..... slurp~~

The stall is partner up by a pair of couple. Very friendly couple with very good temper. They never stop their job. Husband is frying while the wife is busy cutting and shaping the kueh so that the shape will be good after fry.
Look at the container, it's always empty because most customer will buy at least 5 pieces. I bought 14 the other day. hehe... :P
