Me and mama were tired after a whole day of work. We decided to cook a pot of plain porridge to eat with the roasted pork we bought this morning. This meal reminds me the way we took our meal 20 years back. It's simple, just eat the porridge with the roasted pork, no other dish. Just pork and porridge...

Look at the pork, it's pink at the bottom. The pink part is salty, very nice to eat with porridge. The meat is just nice, not too oily, not too salty too... mmmhhhmmm.... Excellent!!

It's not only delicious, it's also a taste of memories...

Me and my mum finish the whole pot of porridge!! It's the pot for 4 pax!!
