Went for a short ride today... Kinda sad that i realise that my leg became weaker and my performance dropped alot after i came back from Bukit Kayu Hitam Ride..
I can maintain my speed @ 25-28kph on my way to Giant but the speed dropped when i'm on my way back.. sigh..
