I decided to go for a ride today even though i slept for 3 hours today..
I call khoon after my work and cycling to Taman Ria to meet him.. I was super blur, dizzy + tinnitus... Feeling very uncomfortable when i arrive Taman Ria, but i insist to go on to Yong's shop...
When we arrive Yong's place, khoon told me that my face is pale since Taman Ria.. I suggested to have a light meal before continue our ride..
K2 join us for the meal and ride with us to Odin's house.. we stop by and have a rest and then head on to finish up the bypass..
Luck is not with us, it started to rain and we have to exit to Cinta Sayang and straightaway head back home.. :(
My performance is very very very bad today... I'm easily get pan and leg is fatigue after the short ride... :S

Lucky its rain...if not maybe (touch wood) u need to use ppl to carry u back to sp...
