Sungai Dua Ride

Khoon, Jiat and we went to Sungai Kob for fish session at 4pm+ before we went to Sungai Dua for cycling. We then head back to home town to pick up our bike. Khoon and Jiat meet up at Uncle William's shop and then everyone depart in 2 vans with all the bikes.
We then started to ride on 930pm. Everyone ride very fast and i'm the last one clocked 27kph at that time. My speed drop to 17-21kph during uphill and on the way back, my uphill speed dropped to 12-18kph. It's slow, but i'm happy with the result because i didnt feel the pain at the back with the newly bought kidney belt. I can feel the improvement because for the 1st time i ride in Sungai Dua, i had back pain and i forced to ride slowly and skip all the uphill road on the way back to parking lot.
