Advices from Buddy

You know what? I thought i don't really have alot of true friends but i was wrong...
3 of the friends that ride with me told me the same thing, and they TOUCHED my heart..
Thanks to K2, Odin and Khoon for all the advices...
Now only i know that i cannot ride too extreme daily... We can only ride 1 to 2 times to our limit weekly..
And thanks for reminding me about my health and i DO appreciate it a lot..
