It's the worst ride ever..
I rode for 40km in the 6th attempt and when i wake up the next day, my back pain came back..
I can't stand properly. It's like i can fall down anytime and i cant even walk properly. I can't even turn my upper body..
I'm so frustrated about my back. It's like that for years already and still cannot fully recover. And since i've promised to go and ride in Sungai Dua yesterday, I prepare myself with a higher and shorter stem and also,
We arrive Sungai Dua on 9.45pm and started to ride at 10pm. We route is the new highway. A total of approximately 15km 1 round. I tried so hard to maintain the speed i've got during 6th attempt but fail. I only ride 1 round while many of the gang ride 2.

Distance: 15.77km
Average: 18.9kph
Max: 40.6kph
I'm quite upset with the result. I'm quite upset with my back. It's still hurt now, and i will not care about it. I will continue to ride!
I might be too rush to build up my muscles around my back by riding fast and far in a short period.
So since i've injured myself, i will start all over again and ride for 20km daily. Ride slowly to build up my stamina and also muscle so that my back will become stronger.
