4th Attempt on Cycling

The total of 19km today. Good improvement for me as i'm not as pan as my first attempt already.. :)
Bad things happen today. There is a faulty on my gears. I cannot shift it up and down.. and my gear jump up and down when i need to paddle hard(going uphill or increasing my speed drastically)
And i tell you what. K2 is not a wise guy, he purposely lend me his bike when i am having a cramp on my left leg. His bike is super nice to ride... Light and smooth... I didn't feel as pan as my bike when i'm riding his bike. I don't even realise that we are already traveling for 5km. Easy riding with his bike.
I think it's time to consider a new bike now... :)
