Look at the big boss standing beside the fan. He is the boss of the fried chicken and also the thong sui. The friend chicken is awesome. The outer part of the chicken, which is the skin, is crunchy yet, fresh. The inner part, the meat, is totally fresh. The chicken is well cooked. The fire is controlled perfectly, the oil temperature is manage in a good way to maintain in a specific heat in order to fry the chicken into the perfectly cooked chicken.
The picture is not nice. The chicken is half eaten. But still, everytime I look at this picture, my saliva can't stop dripping.. KFC cannot even compete with this homemade fried chicken. If this chicken has 10 marks, KFC has only 3. Close your eyes and imagine how tasty is the chicken.. Hmmmpphhhhh..... YUMMY!!
