I went to Tanjung Dawai with my suppliers this afternoon for this 1 foot long mantis prawn.. Spent RM 2xx for the meal..
The food we consume..1. 8 Prawn Mantis
2. Vege
3. Fried Bee Hoon
4. 2 Fried Rice
5. Drinks
What do you think? Cheap or expensive??

super expensive lah..only prawn mantis & there's no fish, no chicken.. nothing.
ya kinda.. but the mantis prawn is 1 foot long lor...

if im not mistaken, prawn mantis is the cheapest of all major prawn species.
i'm not sure about it..
what i know is that it was only 12 bucks 3 years back for 1 foot long prawn mantis and it's 20-25 bucks now..

yes it is..
the only thing that is more expensive is the prawn..
the rest was the vege, bee hoon and rice..
i'm wondering why they can be so expensive..
