I had a soundly sleep at a hotel in Geylang yesterday with my Chiang. We went to Chiang's house after we got up with great food, "Song" fish head, 1/2 roasted duck, 2 pack of white rice and 2 bottles of green tea. The whole meal cost us approximately SGD 30. Bloated with all the food...

roast duckWe then headed to rent a hostel room but then we cancelled our plan halfway due to Yong and her friends found a good house and they are moving in at the same day. That means, i can move in to Yong's new house without renting a room outside. :)
I'm sitting at starbucks right now at Parkway Plaza. Feel like vomit after 1 hour walk with almost 50kg backpack, all sweat and tired like hell, waiting for Yong to come back from training center.
I got nothing to do while waiting for Yong to come back to the hotel and depart to Pasir Ris to sign the home contract and move in to the new house. And do you know that the Starbucks doesn't have power plug, and we have to log in to Singnet to use the wifi. Super mafan and i give up to online and post up this entry.
Super bored at starbucks but feel happy for Yong as they found a house that they all like a lot. I no longer need to put away my money on renting a room outside :)
Yong finally got home and we went up to the hotel room. Chit chat for awhile and then went out for dinner at Joo Chiat with another 2 friends. Spent SGD 60+ for the Gold Crab and Chilli Crab. And nightmare started when we are about to finish our dinner. Someone called and ask 4 of them not to commit in anything yet including renting a house as their medical report is not clear. Further notice will be given on monday.
All plan pending, and they can't sign the contract by today. They went to see the house, talk to the agent and the agent started to scold around. Bark like a dog. Screaming at Yong and everyone saying that she already contribute so much time and money and they suddenly give up renting. She force them to sign the contract and keep barking like a mad man. She finally turn herself from an ugly looking angel that is super helpful at first into a super ugly devil that only know dogs language. By the way, I know i can't do anything by telling u guys about her name, but still, i want to tell and hope you guys will just ignore this devil agent if any of your friends or relatives wanna rent a room in Singapore. Her name is Cherrie Yang.
The story is like this. She is so damn fucking helpful when she know that the girls are interested in the house. She said she can do anything for them to get the house for them. And then, she then telling them that there are a lot of people is interested in the same lot with higher price.
Aiya, evrybody knows la... This old tactic can only lie to those kampung's 3 year-old kid.
I'm not around when she is scolding. I was downstairs with another friend. If i were upstairs i will surely diu 9 her. She expect us to sign the contract with such attitude? All we want is to postpone it to monday. I will surely tell her that i will get another agent to handle all these and make sure she has no commision for the whole deal. WTF!!! Senior Associate Manager but don't know how to RESPECT people?? Go DIE Cherrie Yang. I'm happy that no one sign for you last night. Go and find your other tenant that are so willing to pay for higher rent. I'm happy for you that you can earn better commission from them. Just fuck off and keep your smelly mouth shut!
Yong just told her that she won't sign anything and got down from the apartment and go back to the hotel. Reach the hotel at 12am amd sleep at 3am to discuss the next plan.
Conclusion, Cherrie Yang is shitty. And Yong and friends are in deep shit too. Everything is in pending status and they can do nothing about it.
