Saw these pictures while i browse through my old hdd. Dumplings shop at Pandan Jaya. They sell some other snacks and starter too, but they mainly selling dumplings.. many kinds of dumplings...
We ordered 2 dumplings... They have nice name for the bak chang, but i've forgotten the name... Who cares about the name??? Just order the one you like in the menu. There are pictures all over the menu for you to pick!The bak chang above looked ordinary, but but the taste is great!
From the picture above, we called it nyonya style bak chang right? But this one is different.. It's not sweet... Look at the picture below.. 
The dumpling contain nuts, salted egg, lak chi, mushroom and the famous 3-layered pork!Great choice we've made! slurp...
While we are chatting and surfing around the menu and glance through the shop, we found this stick. We are wondering what is it and the boss told us it's a type of bak chang too... wtf.... The length is more than 2 FEET man!! She told us this type of bak chang is selling fast during cheng beng... They made it upon booking..

it's not very hard, but it's kinda heavy..
there is another type of bak chang that is cylindrical shape.. the diameter is around 10" and the height is around 6" :X
