Kajang Satay

I were so so so boring sitting at Starbucks, doing nothing. I don't really know where can I go in KL. I don't really dare to go anywhere by my own too. I still remember the first time I drove down to KL alone. I spent 4 hours to reach Star Hill from KL toll. Terrible isn't it? hehe...
After spending 3 hours in Starbucks, i decided to call up Mr Sheon to have lunch. Mr Sheon brought me to this Kajang Satay located at the resthouse. I don't really know where is the actual location, but I think, we do pass by kesas highway.

They have many types of satay. Chicken, beef, beef tripe, chicken liver, fish, mutton, venison and rabbit. They have nasi impit and ketupat too. We ordered 10 + 10 chicken and beef satay and relaxing taking our lunch, chit-chatting, and of course, doing what guys would do all the time... looking at the chicks... kekekekee....

Look at the sauces and ketupat. There are 2 types of sauces. We mix both of it to enhance the taste of the sauce. The ketupat is big in size and nice to eat at. Firm but not hard, not too wet nor too dry. The smell of the pandan leaves already sip into the ketupat and it extract the smell of rice and pandan which makes the ketupat taste even better.
The satay is juicy, taste good with and without the sauces. The cucumber is fresh, and everything is just prefect to me... I like the kajang satay and million thanks to Mr Sheon for bringing me to such a good place to eat.. :)

hello there bear bear.......hahaha.. you thanked me too many times already lar......pls dun thank me anymore... haahhaah...pai seh pai seh....

anyway....to clarify things...the satay place i brought you to is at the bukit jalil reststop at KESAS highway Subang Jaya bound. This stall is a branch restaurant from Hj Samudera Kajang, arguably the best satay maker in kajang..

the satay that day was good...but it could be better if its fresher and hotter....but still better than most nonetheless......next time you come...we go try the real authentic satay kajang from the real Hj Samudera Satay House! ok?

cheers
